This Privacy Policy applies only to Personal Data that we collect on the website https://www.staffsolutionsgroup.com as it may be modified, relocated and/or redirected from time to time (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy is issued on behalf of all members of Staff Solutions Group. When we refer to "Staff Solutions Group", or "we", "our" or "us" in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to the relevant legal entity in the Staff Solutions Group responsible for processing your Personal Data.

The Personal Data collected through the Site is downloaded to a server located in the United States and controlled by Staff Solutions Group, which is located in the United States, and in serving you, may use your Personal Data for the purposes described in the section 2 above and disclose it to third parties as described in the section 3 above.
b) European Economic Area and Switzerland
The information in this section, as well as the information in the section above titled "All locations outside of the United States", applies to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland (collectively, the "EEA").
Individuals in the EEA ("EEA Individuals") are not required by statute or by contract to provide any Personal Data to the Site.
